Again no evidence just hyperbole. And you keep moving the goal posts - are you now limiting this fact to humans? Cause there are plenty of not hierarchical social animals - even among primates.

And of course you are wrong on humans which have all sorts of ways to non hierarchically organize themselves. There are families. There are small businesses and farms. There are worker coops. There are whole tribes not hierarchically organized.

But hell let's zoom in even on the majority of the people in the USA. Most congregational churches are not strictly hierarchically organized. Yes there is a pastor but he can be fired by his flock. And a church is certainly an institute. Oh and there is this thing called democracy that works the same way.
