Performing guilt for racism was the very least someone benefiting from it could do, but apparently even that's too much for you.

America has an obscenely high rate of incarceration for non-whites. What do you want for that? Praise?

America has a, frequently racist, educational caste system and the cost of education just keeps rising. Just what do you want us to call the richest country in the world shackling millions of students with very long term debt just to keep some brown skin people suppressed? What term do you recommend for that activity?

Just to be clear we don't need your research to know that people like you are too thick headed to give a shit about being racists. When we point out the problems in the American system we are talking to other, more human, readers.
